Communication and service by SERVPRO was good. The reconstruction ended up being excellent, but only after we noted deficiencies and asked for repair. Whoever did the work originally (subcontractor) I wouldn't recommend, but in the end SERVPRO's work was excellent. 

Terry, Ken, and Brayden were all very respectful and helpful with our questions.
